Edgar Aliya, a candidate of legal sciences (PhD equivalent) is at the head of the law firm. She has been a member of Astana’s Bar association since 2003, receiving her license №23010406 by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the 3rd of May 2023 (previously license № 0004828 was issued on the 7th of May 2003 under a different name: Kulubekova Aliya Aidarovna).

She was awarded candidate of legal sciences degree (PhD equivalent) in 2012 after successful presentation of her thesis on financial law issues in the University of Humanities and Law in Kazakhstan .
